We gladly accept returns only for ready-made items within 3 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unworn and unused

• Be in its original condition

• Include all tags, accessories, and packaging

Please note that custom-made items tailored to your specific measurements or customized requests cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
This is because each custom order is specially produced based on the client’s exact size and preferences.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
