  • Custom-made items are created based on the information you provide; we are not responsible for incorrect measurements entered by the customer.

3. Orders & Payments

  • All orders placed through our website are subject to acceptance and availability.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout through the supported payment gateways.

  • Prices are listed in Omani Rial (OMR) unless otherwise stated.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if fraud or suspicious activity is detected.

4. Custom-Made Orders

  • Custom-made pieces are tailored according to the measurements and preferences provided by the customer.

  • Once the order is confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled, refunded, or modified.

  • The customer is responsible for providing accurate measurements.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • Ready-made items can be returned within 3 days of receiving the order, provided they are unworn, unused, and in original condition.

  • Custom-made items are not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photos.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping fees vary by location and will be calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery timeframes depend on the destination and shipping service.

  • Once the item is shipped, delays caused by courier services are outside our control.

7. Customer Responsibility

  • The customer must provide accurate personal details, including name, address, and contact number.

  • Any delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect information are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All images, designs, logos, text, and content on this website are the property of Elle Doura — By Budour.
