Ready-made items: Processing time is 1–2 business days.
Custom-made items: Processing time varies depending on the design and workload. You will be notified of the estimated preparation time upon order confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Shipping duration depends on your location and the courier service:

Within Oman: Estimated delivery within 1–4 business days.
GCC Countries: Estimated 4–10 business days.
International shipping: Estimated 7–14 business days depending on destination.

Please note: Delivery delays caused by customs or courier services are outside our control.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on location, weight, and shipping method.
Free shipping may be offered during promotions or for specific order amounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your shipment in real time.

5. Incorrect Address

The customer is responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect addresses.
If the item is returned to us due to incorrect information, the customer must pay the reshipping fee.

6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders)

International shipments may be subject to customs duties or taxes depending on the destination country.
These charges are the customer’s responsibility and must be paid upon delivery.

7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us within 24 hours with photos or tracking details.
We will coordinate with the courier to resolve the issue.
